Thank you for shopping with Sami Lou Makes. We truly hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products:

  • Earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

If your item is eligible for return, it must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will advise on a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow several business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Earrings

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery

  • Sale items


Care & Responsibility

Once an item has been worn, Sami Lou Makes cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals

  • Improper storage or handling


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our website within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
