4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery times are outlined on our website. As a small business, processing times may vary, especially during busy periods.

Sami Lou Makes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our jewellery:

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Care & Responsibility

Jewellery should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper storage or handling
Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals

Care instructions should be followed to maintain the longevity of your piece.
